Candle Care
We have a few tips to keep your candle burning beautifully...
- On the first burn of your new candle try to ensure the wax melts all the way to the edge to create a ‘full melt pool’. This typically takes between 3-4 hours & will help to prevent ‘tunnelling’ (when wax is left around the sides of the container). On the first few burns you may notice some wax left on the sides of the container but this will catch up on further burns
- Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time
- Always place your candle on a level, heat resistant surface & away from pets, children & any flammable items. Never leave your candle unattended
- Ideally, use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame. Trim your wick using a wick trimmer to approximately 5mm each time you relight
- Please note that Zeb & Ro Candles are made from natural soy wax which on reset, can have an uneven appearance. Please rest assured that this is entirely normal with natural waxes & your candle will still burn well
Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Burn candles out of reach of children & pets
Always leave a minimum of 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn the candle on or near anything that could catch fire
Burn on a level, heat resistant surface. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
Do not allow the flame to touch the side of the container
On the first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool
Trim the wick to 5mm in height before each burn
Container may become hot when burning
Extinguish flame when 5mm wax remains & do not relight
