Candle & Melt Care
We have a few tips to keep your candle burning beautifully...
- On the first burn of your new candle try to ensure the wax melts all the way to the edge to create a ‘full melt pool’. This typically takes between 3-4 hours & will help to prevent ‘tunnelling’ (when wax is left around the sides of the container). On the first few burns you may notice some wax left on the sides of the container but this will catch up on further burns
- Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time
- Always place your candle on a level, heat resistant surface & away from pets, children & any flammable items. Never leave your candle unattended
- Ideally, use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame. Trim your wick using a wick trimmer to approximately 5mm each time you relight
- Please note that Zeb & Ro Candles are made from natural soy wax which on reset, can have an uneven appearance. Please rest assured that this is entirely normal with natural waxes & your candle will still burn well
MELT CARE:
- Always use a professional oil burner or electric melter as per the manufacturers instructions.
- Remove all packaging before use & place in the well of your burner. Do not add water to the wax. Use your melter on a level, heat resistant surface.
- Never leave a wax melt or candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children & pets.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Container may become hot when burning. Do not move once wax has melted & burner is lit.
- Extinguish flame (if using) when 5mm wax remains & do not relight. Once the fragrance is spent, allow the wax to cool before disposing in waste. Do not dispose of wax down a drain.
